News - MYB Textiles launch Lace Wallpaper collection
As a development of our popular cotton lace fabrics MYB have diversified & re-created our lace designs as fashionable wallpapers.
The first part of this collection centres on two dramatic images taken from a hugely successful archive design dating back to the 1920’s. Margo Graham, the head designer at MYB, worked closely with Alistair McCauley from Timorous Beasties to manipulate the integral components of the Cotton Lace.
The result is 2 fabulous wallpaper designs that look exactly like lace fabric but with a very modern & cutting edge feel. Lace re-invented through clever use of scale, detail and colour. It was a time consuming exercise as it was important to create the wallpapers based on the actual lace fabric and not computer generated images.

Taken across 6 colours with a selection of matching textured plains, the collection has been created on woven paper and vinyl, suitable for both contract and domestic markets.
